"Disappointing print quality and poor follow-up"
The print quality really wasn’t great. The colors looked dull, and the whole thing came out a bit blurry. I also had to chase them for a response, which made the experience even more frustrating. Definitely not what I was hoping for.

"Had a feeling it would take a bit longer"
The shipping ended up taking longer than I was hoping, and I kind of had a feeling it might when I didn’t see much movement for a while. Still, the package arrived in good shape, so it all worked out in the end.

"I’ll admit I’m probably a little impatient..."
I’ll admit I’m probably a little impatient when I’m waiting on an order, but this one really took longer than I expected. The updates didn’t come through very quickly either, so I was left wondering what was going on most of the time. I needed it fast, and the slow turnaround threw off my plans.

"Fair enough, but nothing that really stood out"
The prices were alright, I guess. They weren’t the lowest I came across, but they also didn’t feel outrageous. I ordered a small batch just to try them out, and once shipping was added, the total still seemed reasonable enough.
The quality was okay for what I paid, though I was hoping the finish would be a bit nicer. It’s not something I’d complain about too much, but it didn’t really impress me either. I’d probably use them again if the price made sense.

"Helpful, just took a bit"
Had an issue with my order or whatever it was, and support did end up getting it sorted. Took a little longer than I expected, but the person helping me was nice enough
